I obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Alma Mater University of Bologna.
I obtained the Qualification to the profession of Lawyer before the Ministerial Commission at the Court of Appeal of Bologna, with registration at the register held by the Council of the Bar of Bologna.
I completed my professional forensic practice at Studio Legale Associato Montosi - Santagada in Bologna, with whom I worked from October 2008 to June 2014.
I attended the Advanced Training Course organized by AOID Association International Observatory on Debt, 55 formative hours, to obtain the qualification of "Expert of the Negotiated Composition of the Crisis ex L. 147/2021", January 2022.
